Jo Witherden BSc(Hons) DipTP(Dist) DipUD(Dist) MRTPI has been a planner for more than 25 years, working in local councils and the private sector. Having worked as a Head of Service for West Dorset District Council and Weymouth and Portland Borough Councils leading on the local and neighbourhood plans and planning obligations, she has detailed knowledge of the planning requirements and processes that guide what can be built and where in Dorset.
